PROCESSING TIME : "When will my order ship?"

All orders are processed are processed within 3 business days of placing your order. After processing orders will ship out immediately. For Domestic orders please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. 

 

During our Holiday sales, shipping is up to 10 days due to the increase in volumes of orders.


We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. Please visit our return policy for return guidelines.

Have you received my return?

Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process returns. Items need to be inspected before issuing credit

How do I return an item?

We will gladly accept your return for a Store credit within 7 - 10 business days (processing time included) of receiving your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
