RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
3. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, swimsuits, bodysuits and accessories.
4. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, pet hair, free of stains, and smoke and more.
5. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to The Red Zone.
6. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. The Red Zone Closet LLC diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
8. All sale items are final sale.
9. No exchanges on final sale items.
10. No returns/exchanges on international orders.

If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size, you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.***

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 7 - 10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
